Stern Aligner  - Workflow

This is how easy the Stern Aligner workflow is!

The manufacturing process of Stern Aligners is as simple as it is efficient. You can have your Aligners made by us in just a few steps.

1. Registration at our Portal
   First get in contact with us. We will create an account for our doctors portal.
   
   
   
2. Enter all necessary information
   Upload your case including all patient information (clinical photos, digital scans and X-rays for complex cases). All information and photos can be submitted in the upload section of our portal.
   
   
   
3. Treatment Plan
   After you have successfully submitted your case, our team of dentists and orthodontists will create a 3D treatment plan for you. It will be uploaded within 3 working days on our portal.
   
   
   
   
4. Confirm your case
   Next, you can confirm the treatment plan or request changes. If the case is confirmed, we proceed to production.
   
   
5. Aligner Production
   After your confirmation, the production of your clear aligner starts. The Aligner will be manufactured for you within 10 working days.
   
   
6. Packaging & Shipping
   Your aligner will be packed and shipped from Germany to Stern Dental Technology (Pty) Ltd.
   Individualized packaging on request and per contractual agreement with Stern Dental Technology (Pty) Ltd.
   
   
7. Request refinements or retainers
   After the end of treatment, refinements or retainers can be requested directly through our portal.
